Harvard Law School Trained Mediator with decades of legal experience and as a Human Resources Director. Also certified as a mediator by Cornell University and holds her degree in Human Resources.
Ms. Demaio has participated in hundreds of employment law mediations. With a deep commitment to understanding and resolving disputes, Ms. Demaio specializes in helping individuals and businesses navigate conflicts with empathy, fairness, and confidentiality. Her approach is centered on helping clients to confidently find common ground, welcome open communication, and reach mutually satisfying solutions.

Ms. Demaio believes that every conflict, whether personal or professional, presents an opportunity for growth and collaboration. As a neutral third party, she guides her clients through a structured, respectful process to identify underlying issues, clarify perspectives, and explore solutions.  By encouraging open communication and active listening, she creates a safe, confidential and impartial space for all sides to be heard.

The mediation fee includes any pre-mediation preparation time and post-mediation follow-up time spent on the matter. Note: we do not charge any administrative, scheduling, or rescheduling fees. In exchange we ask that you please respect our time.
